Aim: Produce a stylish website to showcase Carlos Herrera's photography and video portfolio. The logo was to be made using the typeface Code Light. This typeface was also included in the navigation menu to keep the branding consistent.
Aim: The website for La Roca Sala de Escalada needed to inform people about different services that they prodvide. The company is based in Chiapas, Mexico so an english and a spanish version of the website needed to be provided.
Yohini wanted a blog to provide news and extra information on her supperclubs she was providing. A Wordpress blog seemed the best choice as it has the flexibility to create custom made styling and is easy to use as a Content Management System (CMS).
The aim of the Barbican project is to explore wayfinding at the Barbican Centre. I decided to create a leaflet to inform visitors about music concerts in the concert hall. I used sketches that I had done of different parts of the Barbican centre for the background of the leaflet.
The dissolve typeface takes away parts from each letter whilst still maintaining overall readability.
It contains 160 glyphs with all the important characters such as @£$¢%^&*
Signs and Symbols
The brief of this project was to modify, add and subtract elements to a pre-existing sign to change its meaning. I chose the escape sign to alter.
Comic Sans Comic
This comic strip attempts to redeem the poor reputation of Comic Sans as a choice of typeface. My idea was to create a story introducing different characters as different fonts representing each personality.
